Shipping and Delivery
Orders over $75 (excluding taxes + after discounts are applied) always ship for free—no promotion code needed. Free shipping is calculated by the initial cost of your order, excluding sales tax and after discounts are applied. Free shipping applies only to the Continental U.S. For orders totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $7.50 for standard ground shipping.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Choosing Second Day shipping does not guarantee that your order will process faster. Please allow normal warehouse processing time. All Second Day shipping charges are just estimates. Customer will be notified if charges are different than estimate.
HairFlix/shop reserves the right to choose between UPS or FedEx depending on our warehouse shipping preferences.
Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business day, but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Although we ask to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we do not guarantee that your products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders do). If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to being out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer, which of course we have no control over.
Allow 4 extra days for all Tosca orders.
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address.
Please Note: HairFlix/shop will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered to your address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location like home or work place where someone is there to accept the package.
